Returns and repairs
Items with manufacturing defects will be replaced, repaired, or refunded at the discretion of BikeFittingTools.
BikeFittingTools will guarantee all products against manufacturing faults, but cannot be resonsible for products that do not work due to wear and tear or incorrect installation.
Using wedges incorrectly can result in some discomfort or injury. BikeFittingTools would always recommend having wedges installed by a professionally trained Bike Fitter or health practitioner.
