A two day course teaching the fundamentals of bike fitting, cycling anatomy and bike adjustment. Candidates will learn the skills required to set a cyclist’s optimum riding position based on physical assessment and observations for improved cycling performance, comfort and injury prevention.
The course is hosted by Philip Cavell and Julian Wall - Cyclefit’s founders - and Morgan Lloyd Cyclefit Technician and Physiotherapist.
